If you were going to have a third circuit, which one would it be and why do you think it would be beneficial?

RE: Which anaesthetic circuit?

I quite like a Mini-Lack for those patients between 4-8kgs :) I only put cats on a T Piece and anything other 8kgs on a circle. There are SO many benefits to a re-breathing system! We do 95% of operating with either a Mini Lack or a Parallel Lack.

Have a modified T-piece and a Bain for IPPV cases and to give our SVN broader exposure to different circuits.

O2 concentrators so they cost the same amount to run irrespective of flow rate. A bottle of Iso costs less than £20.
