For second year what sort of cases you need for the assignments will depend on which modules you pick e.g. surgical/medical/anaesthesia. Plenty of the nurses who are doing/have done the diploma work in general practice, so there&#39;s no need to have referral-type cases!</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
