&lt;p&gt;hehe you sound like me, my boyfriend said i&amp;#39;d never do it so i&amp;#39;m bloody well going to show him! &lt;p&gt;i was a memeber of a gym and my rota change that i couldnt go to the fitness classes anymore due to the time they were on, so i bought a step and a dvd and started doing my own aerobics in the living room. This was going really well until we got a new sofa which included an extra chair - no room for step!&lt;/p&gt;
