 I was wondering how other practices manage the consulting room / waiting room cleaning. 
 Is it the responsibility of the nurses, or the reception team?

&lt;p&gt;In my experience...&amp;nbsp;a dedicated role&amp;nbsp;of some kind went to&amp;nbsp;receptionists, ACA, RVN or SVN... even vets at a few practices did their bit. (Yay!). It worked best, ime, when someone had the primary responsibility but everyone else was tasked secondarily to assist when needed. The whole practice working together in the same direction...&lt;/p&gt;
