 I left the front door open yesterday evening, and it started to rain, I somehow managed to slip and bang my knee on the metal ledge at the bottom.

No ice pack so ran to the bar in the hotel asked for a glass of ice and a napkin. I did something very similar to my knee the other week except mine was involving a couple of glasses of wine! I put deep freeze on in and it was brilliant and helped take down the swelling. &lt;/p&gt;
