When you are carefully segregating your clinical waste what actually happens to the orange bags or the &#39;tiger bags&#39; that instead of being incinerated go for &#39;alternative&#39; processing - or should I really say what will happen to them now that China has quite rightly said no more. I Guess India will cop for even more of the stuff?
