&lt;p&gt;They will probably ask standard interview questions, usually a &amp;#39;what would you do in an emergency question, and why you want to be in referral. Generally referral centres don&amp;#39;t expect you to know everything about your chosen discipline but a keen interest in it is obviously helpful!&lt;/p&gt;
