I have a feeling DOOP bin but it just says according to local regulations??

&lt;p&gt;Liquid paraffin - poured into sawdust or sand - just something that will absorb it well. (I tried cat litter but that&amp;nbsp;wasn&amp;#39;t very successful!). Then took it to my local waste disposal tip as no dangerous substances are released from it. They were happy to take it; although I was uncomfortable with the thought it might just sit in landfill for evermore... Perhaps speak with same licenced waste disposal operator as for your Diff Quick removal?&lt;/p&gt;
