We use it at our practice, generally, I really like it. It's got great features and is fairly easy to use on a basic level. Customer service is excellent if you ever have problems too.

That being said, inputting documents is HARD work. It's not compatible with Word, only Notepad and then even if you copy that over it never comes out quite the same. A lot of things are quite complex to do and seem like there should be easier ways to do it! But any time I've had these problems their customer service has done it for me quite quickly.

I'm pretty sure there's loads of features we don't use on it, that maybe we could be using to make life easier. But I've never had 'formal' training with it.

My practice have just gone over to animana in the last few weeks. After a few teething problems (as to be expected) I actually really like the system and its nice and simple. Everyone has picked it up really well. Much better than the previous system we were using!
