Its run by Edinburgh Telford College and is a distant learning course - there are 4 modules (British Wildlife, reptiles, Avian and Small Mammals) and in each module there are 5 units. You need to read each unit and then answer the tutor marked assessments at the back of the unit (20 questions and 4 MCQ) and post back to Edinburgh who send it onto your tutor (Simon Girling) who marks it and sends it back to you. When all the course work is complete there is an exam in Edinburgh (in Sept each year) and you have 2 exams and 20 practical exams.

Think my course was about £450 and the exam is £125.

Im not taking the exam but was wondering if you would be able to give me more info on this course i.e cost involved how the course works ect.

I have looked on the uni website but it doesnt hold much info.
