I work in a vet partners practice and have had no issues, generally runs as it did ... there is more push for expansion but I dont feel thats a bad thing :)

Been a VP practice for over a year now.

Pros:

Better support on the management side equating to better support for the team

More opportunities for training, CPD development etc

The're are more but these are the ones that jump out at me

Cons:

Fast growth could cause you to be lost in the shuffle for your practice to be supported. Not really seen it currently, but it's a possibility.

Honestly though, so far being a VP practice has been a good thing. If you want to ask anything specific, drop me a message.

My last practice was taken over by Vet Partners and they did there best to keep things normal, we had to change computer systems and wholesalers but they are very pro staff and pro client.

I think with any takeover there will be changes - I would say dont be too quick to jump ship some are better than others. Been through it a few times - there are some I wouldnt touch double gloved to the elbows and with a very large bargepole but no experience of this one
