Perfect job:

4 days a week 8:30am-7pm

no weekends, OOH or BH work, one weekday off

4 weeks paid holidays

friendly, independent , small animal practice

salary 20-25k DOE

run by husband and wife team and yes it can be great for the right candidate , please apply if you have good work ethics and you don't get involved in ''practice politics''

Yeah I have had interviews that offered a competitive salary and was than offered £16k

So decent salary

Work life balance

CPD encouraged and funded

Decent holidays

Progression and development opportunities

Utilisation of skills

Nice friendly atmosphere to work in

And so on....

A competitive salary (like, actually competitive, don't stick it in your ad and then offer me £16k a year) and a good work-life balance. I really miss having a wee half day during the week after working a late shift or weekend; decent holidays are nice too!
