Hi Meow1950 - there are two types of email sent by vetnurse.

System emails, like subscriptions and new passwords are sent to the email address you enter on the website, and any changes to that email address are immediate.

We send newsletters and emails about announcements from veterinary companies from a separate system. It looks to me like your new email address has been applied to the database of ALL members of the site, which means you are getting emails (like the newsletter) which are sent to all members. But for some reason I don't see it on the database of RVNs, so you won't have been getting emails sent to RVNs. If you PM your old email address, I can look it up on this other system and update it pronto, or it should get updated on the next update anyway.

As to the spam folder, you need to tell your spam folder that emails from vetnurse.co.uk are not spam! How you do this varies from one email provider/software to another. Normally, these days, I think it's just a question of moving one of the emails from your spam box to your inbox.
