and that too. I think when most people are unhappy, they're just taking out their annoyance at an unforeseen bill, and perhaps this could deflect it a bit.

I've been working ooh for 3 years and the majority of clients appreciate the service we offer, especially when they come in at 3am and can get seen straight away.i think having info about what we provide would be a great idea as a lot of our clients are shocked that we are awake all night with the inpatients. Most clients accept the increased consult charge (nothing else charged ooh has a premium price at my practice) but there are some who question it so maybe providing them with a cleaner insight might save some of the abuse we get from unhappy clients!
