 Here at VetNurse Towers, we pride ourselves on being a sort of domestic version of Holby City. On top of my daughter&amp;#39;s ongoing severe epilepsy, my wife broke her shoulder in two places a few weeks ago (a high heel incident, don&amp;#39;t ask!).

&lt;p&gt;and that too. I think when most people are unhappy, they&amp;#39;re just taking out their annoyance at an unforeseen bill, and perhaps this could deflect it a bit.&lt;/p&gt;
