We are looking at them, and just would like opinions on ease of use, support, popularity - that sort of thing. PM me if you prefer.
Thank you in advance.

RE: Health Plans

We use SimplyHealth (they used to be Denplan). Absolutely no complaints here, staff and reps are lovely and the training is fab, and the clients seem to have a fine time dealing with them. Most of our clients phone them directly to sign up and it always seems to go smoothly. No issues with getting our BACS paid to us either.

RE: Health Plans

We have a pet health care scheme which covers each patient for a monthly fee. Included is booster,2 x nurse checks,2 x anal glands expression ,flea and worm treatment (Monthly & 3 monthly depending on product used), a percentage off id chipping & food. If pet already chipped they get a voucher to spend in practice on anything waiting room sales wise. Our computer system is set up to automatically flag up pets on the scheme ,they are quite popular with loyal client but prove slightly challenging with people who think it is acceptable to come in ,set up the scheme ,get a booster done & all flea & wormers & then cancel their direct debit. we then have to spend time chasing bad debtors.!! All in all they are great when they work and they do for the majority.Once again it is the minority that spoil things.I feel they are great for reminding people to flea & worm as a preset reminder text goes out each month to PHCS members.
