&lt;p&gt;totally agree with &lt;a href="/members/pha86" class="internal-link view-user-profile"&gt;PHA86&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- you are expected to just get on with it as a locum. You are hired to fill a gap so it is really a given!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Another thought might be to communicate with your boss about your need to keep up with your skills. Approach it from the angle that if you are skilled in bloods, catheterisations etc etc this will assist the practice (as well as you). If you are successful, you won&amp;#39;t need&amp;nbsp;to move jobs...&lt;/p&gt;

With locuming you will be expected just to get on with it, whereas with a new permanent job they might be able to invest a bit more time into you, not rush you etc.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
