 I am looking for a form in which i get clients to sign when collected a controlled drug such as Tramadol 
 Anyone have any idea where i may find one? Looked in usual places but found nothing so far

&lt;p&gt;We do the same for Epiphen, hope that helps!&lt;/p&gt;
