You&#39;re &nbsp;entitled to one of the benefits associated with being an employee, including paid holiday.&nbsp;</p> <p>An good indicator of self employment is having control over your work: when you choose to do it, using your own equipment and being able to employ someone to do the work on you behalf.&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
