 I work 1 set day a week for a company as a locum, (I am on there payrol)

&lt;p&gt;I would say the fact that you work regular days and are paid via the payroll means you are employed. You&amp;#39;re &amp;nbsp;entitled to one of the benefits associated with being an employee, including paid holiday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;An good indicator of self employment is having control over your work: when you choose to do it, using your own equipment and being able to employ someone to do the work on you behalf.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
