Arlo Guthrie weeeeeeelllll... I think his parents hark from Romania (street dogs) so no doubt he is a watered down version of the large herding (collie-like) breeds from that part of the world. I don't think he'll get much bigger than a small compact collie but with sturdy short legs... I will double check with my mate to be sure!

He is very intelligent (border collie), calm (typical of a herding dog) and politely confident (Labrador/Retriever??) and is not going to be large (small dog = ??) - although to see him tumble around like a right goon in my friends back garden this weekend on one of his 'mad minutes' I suspect he could have a loopy springer-spaniel in there somewhere!

I'll revert when I know more. Meanwhile - GUESSING GAME, GUESSING GAME!!!

Oh my gosh he's going to be such a handsome boy when he's full grown, what a cutie! I'm going to have your friend pick my next puppy, it sounds like they have much better luck picking the well-behaved ones ;)
