&lt;p&gt;Suggestion; get a meeting set up with boss / PM / whomever is in charge and tell them what you are experiencing and how it makes you feel. That you don&amp;#39;t want to trouble them by shortening your notice period as a result but that you may have no choice due to the stress it causes. Say if your presence is causing difficulties then perhaps by mutual consent you can both agree to shorten it. Win-win. Clearly you would need to agree on what you would be paid (for the hours worked only as a minimum).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;See attached link. Some sections relevant to you. In summary, most employers don&amp;#39;t do much, if anything, apart from pay you up to the point of leaving, if you leave mid-notice period (unless there us something explicit in your contract).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Don&amp;#39;t settle for being treated like cr*p. You don&amp;#39;t deserve it. It isn&amp;#39;t fair. Communicate your feelings politely and respectfully but DO communicate them - perhaps a positive result will follow as a result☺&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
