 Svn here, have my npl but nothing opened up yet as CC signed off on sick leave the day I got it eek. Can backlog for 2 weeks so doing written accounts of any discharges/bloods etc I&amp;#39;m doing but not sure what the content should be. Your cc can then open the task up using them as a reference. With my SVNs I ask that they write a brief description (just a few lines) that covers the guidance notes and then spend a little more time on the reflective aspect so that over time you will see evidence of progression. For example, if they were taking a blood sample I&amp;#39;d expect something a long the lines of what equipment they used, how they prepped the area and where the sample was from (jugular vein etc). &amp;nbsp;Then more information on how they felt :) Hope this helps&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
