To poo poo what he was saying and call it a conspiracy theory to me the interviewer is at best naive.</p> <p>I think the Saudi&#39;s are holding all the cards and even have a few up their sleeves just in case and have been doing for a very long time, and there we are &#39;supporting&#39; a repressive regime which in turn feeds other repressive regimes by exchanging arms for oil to the tune of more than &pound;900 million - and I don&#39;t know how many individual weapons or devices that represents but in 2015 it represented @ 85% of UK arms export. By supplying the Saudi&#39;s with weapons that then are used to wage war on Yemen (against International Humanitarian Law) and which then allows Al -Qaeda its stronger foothold well I think the scholar said it in very easy terms that can be understood by everyone - &#39;its going to bite us on the bum&#39;.
