Did you get the practice to sign one? If not, then you are working under a sort of &#39;understanding&#39; that really has no teeth. Works both ways; you could just up and leave if you haven&#39;t made a formal agreement, so the practice is as vulnerable as you are...</p> <p>there has been a recent thread re Locum Contracts (I sent a copy example of a format for one to a few people).
