It been agreed i work until end of may but now they may not need me. Did you get the practice to sign one? If not, then you are working under a sort of &amp;#39;understanding&amp;#39; that really has no teeth. Works both ways; you could just up and leave if you haven&amp;#39;t made a formal agreement, so the practice is as vulnerable as you are...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;there has been a recent thread re Locum Contracts (I sent a copy example of a format for one to a few people). I am writing this on my mobile phone and can&amp;#39;t copy links. Have a search  for it. When I am back on my laptop I will post the link if u haven&amp;#39;t already found it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;so, in summary my answer is: No signed contract, no come back.&lt;/p&gt;
