These will give you a good start! Have fun! puppy classes are a must - they train you as an owner as well providing great socialisation!

Congratulations!

We recently adopted a 2 year dog and I feel like I'm a worried new dog owner!

I know Gwen Bailey books and her website are recommended http://dogproblemssolved.com/ , Sarah Whitehead was also recommended recently at BSAVA lectures as was the Association of Pet Dog trainers http://www.apdt.co.uk/

I've no experience of crate training but hopefully you'll find some good information from the links above. My vet colleague also recommended her friend's webpage (she is also on facebook), http://www.pet-sense.co.uk/ She posts some good tips on her facebook page.
