I think sitting down and setting out exactly what you are and aren't comfortable with might be helpful - from a 'rest of the practice' POV it's good to know exactly what my pregnant colleague is and isn't happy to do so we can plan accordingly. As long as you're open and honest from the outset about these restrictions on what you will allow yourself to do I can't imagine too many practices will be too much of a pain, but those links reassured me and I'm never planning on being pregnant either!

I sympathise completely with your tokophobia too, and congratulations on tackling it head-on and keeping the wee bean. Good luck with everything, I hope you get all the support you need through everything <3
