&lt;p&gt;what about incentivising a new recruit with a re-location package? This might widen your catchment area.&lt;/p&gt;

It seems to be&amp;nbsp;since government funding was stopped for training. There are a lot less students being trained, and therefore becoming qualified. Also due to the general low pay, a lot of nurses have turned to locuming instead of being salaried &lt;img src="/emoticons/new/Thinking_smiley.gif" alt="Exasperated" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
