However&nbsp;previously when i worked in a practice allowing school WE, some general guidelines we followed were:</p> <p>Over 16</p> <p>Acheived C+ in GCSE Sciene and or taking a science A-level (not too strict on this)</p> <p>Have an interest in animals/veterinary/biology</p> <p>Ask them to write a CV and covering letter as if applying for a job&nbsp;</p> <p></p> <p>Hope this helps!</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
