I've had mostly good experiences and one terrible one. They're more of a middle man and really depends on the merchant you are receiving your goods from. I would steer well clear of booking a holiday with KPX through them. Nightmare!

I use it all the time! Have bought loads of stuff.. when had damaged or missing items they have been really good and refunded within 48 hours

indeed - have just asked them if the Three Wise Men have joined the militia and are holding Rudolph, his buddies and my parcels hostage and if so can they pay the ransom and get my parcels delivered pronto!

I've used Groupon quite a few times and things have always been delivered within a week, maybe late delivery with it being close to Christmas 2 weeks is annoying!
