I used to find this when I worked at V4P - there were a few times when different branches could have helped each other out with surplus etc but they just didn't - I used to find it frustrating, we had a drawer full of unused brand new uniforms, most of them still in their bags and all useable sizes (but not by myself or the nurse I was working with as we were both larger ladies) ordered by a previous JVP and their staff, no way they could be returned as they had been stuffed in a drawer for Gawd knows how long and were all logod. Such a waste. Probably still there

Apparently we confirmed over the phone so no way to send them back. Does seem a bit unfair :/

We sent out a few emails out to all the nurses at Vets4Pets but no reply

There are 50 purple vaccutainers and 2 800ml bottles of Sheath Reagent?

The box says IDEXX LaserCyte CBC5R Test Kit

Hope they are the ones you use

thats harsh, accidents happen, even with ordering. if you are vets4pets there must be other practice that use them. or speak to all your local vets.
