Hi Livethedream

You're the first person to mention that, in a great many years! Dunno how it wasn't spotted earlier!

The 'Chapters' referred to in the revision guide are chapters of the revision guide - not some other publication. But, when the book was adapted for publication online, we removed the chapters from the titles of each section.

I have been thinking recently that I want to add more to the Revision Guides, chiefly to illustrate them. So I'll take a look at it all now and try and remove that confusion at the same time.
