Oops reading further it looks like the webinar may have been free 2 years ago when it was uploaded, unfortunately you'll have to buy it but for a mere 147 pounds sterling you'll get 5 hours of cpd . If on the other hand you know a kind vet with webinar access you might be able to request it off them. Hope you manage to see it.

Hi Robyn, like yourself I hear a lot of owners advocating Raw and as much as I'd like to read up and advise, I immediately think salmonella or foreign body Friday and put it on the back burner. But seeing your post today I had a read around and found a couple of things that may be useful. On the plus side, she has a free webinar that you can register for on the 21st of September. That's the second link. There's a chap in Ireland with a doctorate in nutrition, Doctor Conor Brady and this is his website. He promotes Raw and lots of information here. https://www.dogsfirst.ie

Just gonna bump this thread bc I was chatting about it to a client today ;) I had a look at the Natures Menu course but it doesn't seem very rigorous! You can take the online multiple choice quiz as many times as needed until you pass and it's open book? Hmm...

I know this is an old question though - does anyone know if anything's been developed recently? Or, actually, can anyone remember the name of the vet down south who's always doing CPD about raw feeding? I might have to look them up. I'm not against raw feeding, and I always feel slightly bad that all the advice I have is 'you'll get salmonella and nutritional deficiencies and foreign bodies, don't do it!'

I joined 'Rawfeeding Rebels' on a popular social media site to get more information on raw feeding. There are quite a few documents on their for various species which I have used when clients have been feeding a raw diet but not getting the correct balance.

I think Natures Menu do a raw advisor training course, but not sure of its content.
