Wow! That is interesting, I locum in London and charge a lot less than that!

Thank you so much Alison thats really helpful. I had done 2stints in Northern Ireand charging £14 per hour with no issue but the latest one has told me that the usual rate is £10 which I think is too low. Was just checking Im not being unfair in my charging.

Okay,

I am now charging £18 per hour - depends on travel. So just around the corner travel could consider reducing if had to and possibly increase if there's a lot of travel; as now we don't get travel related expenses as self-employed... . I am in North Yorkshire.

Hi. Because I have just started locumming and have heard quite large differences in the amounts that people charge. I want to charge fairly but adequately.
