 I was just wondering how many days off (or not) your work allow you to have per year for CPD

&lt;p&gt;At all the different practices I&amp;#39;ve worked at... the answer is... it depends on the practice!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;From: none allowed (all in own time and unpaid) to a working day off (paid) on an ad-hoc basis as and when the management decided to allow it, with me funding the CPD, all the way through to an annual CPD allowance in paid working time off&amp;nbsp;with money available to spend on the actual CPD.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I prefer the last one as it took the &amp;#39;please sir may I have some more?&amp;#39; begging bowl away and it was administered very fairly across the board, depending on experience, need and as a reward for excellence.
