In my situation though, my contract actually stipulates I can work for other practices. Vetsnow said they would arrange an induction for me and then, out of the blue, said they couldn&amp;#39;t offer me work due to who my current employer is. No-one even asked me if my contract allows it. I was also offering to work in one of your practices that is in most need of RVNs!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(and I&amp;#39;m doing the vetsnow ECC certificate!)&lt;/p&gt;

Rates are fantastic for vets but the nurses rates never really changed unless they were absolutely desperate and it was very last minute.
