Maybe the ratios in the food have altered a bit if everything else has been ruled out? ie is there a higher ratio of fat or organ meat. I know its not quite the same but Mo lays down fat more on summer bunnies than winter bunnies and I reckon thats down to the summer bunnies having a higher fat content than the winter ones.

Any change in exercise patterns - ie is he getting less or becoming less inclined to exercise for whatever reason? is he on any meds or started any supplements ( especially oily supplements )?
