I know, I was the same. I had so many things I needed to open for her that I was getting annoyed it wasn't working. Just gone to check to see if it's fixed, and it is. I can now log things properly again. Only took a week with no form of contact from them at all...

Iv been unable to backdate about 2 weeks, I kept waiting a day to see if it righted itself but as the days ticked by I thought id best log the details, my student doesn't need to be held up any more

I can confirm that the RCVS are aware of this issue and the technical team at Skillwise are working on a solution.

I've okayed it with the college that I'm logging things like this: Clinical Coach demonstrated skill to student (ref 299 - 31/8/16)

Just so we can actually get somewhere whilst they mess about and don't fix it and don't let us know what is going on...

I have now contacted city & Islington and they are looking into it. Hopefully have some answers soon

She is at myerscough. I'm still unable to do anything this morning. I have contacted them but haven't heard back yet. Also still waiting to hear anything back from the rcvs. So frustrating not being able to do anything!

Hi, can I ask which college your students attend? I have contacted CAW and they are able to access and go back the two weeks.

I know, mine has too! I emailed the general enquires for the RCVS today, just to see if they had any information, so if I hear anything I will update here :)

Fingers crossed its all back to normal tomorrow though.

Hi, Glad Im not the only one! Hopefully will be able to do tomorrow, My student has been able to log today with no problems so not sure why CCs cant.

No you can backdate up to 2 weeks. I don't know why you're unable to backdate today, it may be they are doing background updates on the website which may be interfering with logging skills. Maybe wait and try again tomorrow. If it still doesn't work, then try contacting site support on Monday
