They&amp;#39;re under a lot of pressure with regards to budgets and I&amp;#39;ve seen the loss of a fantastic nurse recently because the JVP refused to even consider a better wage for her. This was after it took months to even find a nurse in the first place.&amp;nbsp;I&amp;#39;ve been with V4P for several years as a VCA, but for most of this time I&amp;#39;ve been the only member of staff undertaking nursing duties, which I know I&amp;#39;m good at, and I&amp;#39;m still only on minimum wage(!!). I work for them in Bristol and was paid what I asked for. The best guide for pay scales are SPVS&lt;/p&gt;
