Could you move to hills metabolic? It works a bit differently and could take up to 6 weeks to see results but has been proven to work despite 100% human compliance?

Is the owner definitely measuring the food correctly? I had an issue with a cat on w/d, wasn't working. Until I found out that the elderly client had lost the original measuring cup I had marked and picked one up at the pet shop. Think she was giving the required amount for a much larger dog kibble.

All sorted now and the cat is slimming down nicely on her correct cat rations

Bloods were all clear at the start of the month. I'm thinking it's more compliance of the old dear?
