The RSPCA Australia runs a program called 'Living ruff' and its for the homeless and their pets, I am sure that the UK will have a similar program :)

I used to be part of an outreach group Grimsby area - don't know if it is still running? and I think there is another in Hull and another Sheffield area., and I think I may have seen something on facebook fairly recently on something running in Bristol. I know Blue Cross were looking into this about 12yrs ago but dont know if anything ever came of it

you could try contacting these people if they dont run it the chances are they will know somebody who does http://groundswell.org.uk/
