I am just wondering if anyone has any ideas of observed assessments for this unit?
Ideally need to cover dealing with disagreements.
Any help much appreciated!

Apologies if I have this wrong as I dont have my standards to hand. I think I used a practice meeting and one of my students managed to have an informal debate (disagreement!!) with another member of staff over a certain topic!

It can also be used with working with people external to the team eg practice manager, partners, receptionists.
