Thanks guys, I have so far contacted CVMA, OAVT and ICAS. I'll try the other organisation you suggested but so far at a brick wall. Everyone refers you to ICAS who tell me I need to apply and then I will be assessed. Apparently, there is no list of approved qualifications. I guess I'll just have to go for it!

That is particularly Ontario, it may be worth contacting both of them as it could differ depending on what state you are visiting.
