totally agree. as you should be charging for the skills that you have been trained in. Diagnostics, operating and prescribing. this is what's so wrong with the industry, a 50% mark up just because people can. however have people thought how the internet prices are so low?

so we aren't alone then - life is so much simpler when the waiting room isn't a supermarket

We don't sell, we keep a small supply of RC and hills for inpatients and will order in anything for clients but don't sell any :)
