 I sat my osces in March and failed, mainly duee to nerves as I was getting 100% all steps for task during practice, I seem to muck it up during the actually thing when it matters!! I have used this many many times with people - not just &amp;nbsp;vet nurses and people have had good results.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;During the &amp;#39;dress rehearsals&amp;#39; you have shown that you know your stuff so how about playing around with the exam process a bit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Instead of seeing the examiners as examiners imagine them as students - and your job is to show them how to complete a task - but the students you have in front of you are not that bright so you really have to emphasize what you are doing and why you are doing it so that they can understand.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Give it a go and see how it changes the way you see the exam&amp;nbsp;&lt;img src="/emoticons/new/Happy_smiley.png" alt="Happy" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
