Another one is have you every had neagtive feedback? Don't see it as nevagitve feedback see it as constructive critisicism....... so also turning a negative into a positive!

i have done that too. i said, 'well i would say i found confrontation difficult, however in my current job i have definately learned to get over that!!' (current job,i get that A LOT) there for it seemed, i had overcome my weakness...oh yes...like that?? lol!!

Lol chocolate is a great answer, at least from a humourous point of view. Hope you don't mind if i use that in my next interview. My mom once got asked that question and said 'Well i'm sure i must have some...'

Depending on the mood of the interview, I found a good response to the "what is your weakness" question is: "Chocolate!" It goes down quite well in "friendly" interviews but it wouldn't necessarily go down well in an interview where they are expecting an especially honest answer. Quite often with that question, I think the main thing is knowing what NOT to say. For example, don't turn around and say "I can't deal with people being rude to me" or anything along those lines. Give an answer which you know won't affect your chances. You could say something like "I'm abit of a worrier sometimes" or something similar.

One question I got asked which threw me was "What would you do if a client refused to pay their bill because their pet didn't survive?" It wasn't a question I had thought about so I bluffed my way through it... I think I stuttered out something like "I would try and calm them down and explain the treatment the animal had, whilst being as sensitive as possible..." I don't think it was the best/right answer to give but I think the fact that I made sure I mentionned that I would take the clients feelings into account didn't ruin my chances completely. I thought at the time that I wouldn't get the job but I must've said something right because they employed me!

Also, think of a few questions to ask the interviewer!

Why oh why do they ask what your weaknesses are? You either look too confident if you can't think of one, or run the risk of putting them off by mentioning one. Whatever you do, if they ask you this, do not say that your weakness is that you're a workaholic. It sounds so insincere...

Yup, and i'm far from perfect but when I got asked that question in my last interview i couldnt think of a weakness and bumbled my way through that one

How would you respond to a client who did not want to pay for treatment?

What do you think about rotas?

Can you prioritise you work and how do you do this?
