I'm considering going into practice management/ownership in the (distant) future. Thinking about being in charge made me wonder; what are the things that I would consider good management?
Yes, there's the obvious ones like hiring enough

RE: It's the little things in life..

I've been nursing for over 20 years. Head nurse/unofficial practice manager. I've seen tears, tantrums, laughter and sadness. Whatever you do. Listen to your staff.

What ever they say... Think about it.. Digest it and respond With- yes that's great we can do that or no on this occasion it wouldn't work because. Work as a full team.

sort glitches as soon as they arrive and a thank you goes a million miles

RE: It's the little things in life..

Hi,
