Find something better, hand your notice in and let them realise recruiting a decent RVN will be expensive and difficult - gone are the days when practices can recruit at the snap of their fingers! Would the new manager be either new to managing or new to vet practice by any chance?? They seem very naive that their passive aggressive nonsense will work in today&amp;#39;s recruitment crisis.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It sounds like you&amp;#39;re ready to move as not only is the rota poor for work:life balance, but you are working in a stressful environment, which is not challenging you (hence your boredom). Stress is bad; challenge is good!&lt;/p&gt;

It sounds like it&amp;#39;s time to look around for a new job, unless you think there is any room for negotiation in your present job. Would you have support from the other nurses to re write the rota and start the discussion. If that&amp;#39;s unlikely, take a look at the new job section that Arlo has thankfully given us and see what&amp;#39;s out there!&lt;/p&gt;
