the c&g ecc course is the vets now one. I've been lucky in that my employer helped me out towards the fees for the nutrition course but I paid for the ecc course myself.

The ncert in anaesthesia looks quite good so I might enquired about that. Too much choice lol

RE: Which course to do next

Hi, if you've already done the C+G ECC, I'm not sure how much more the VetsNow one will do for you. I've been looking at the BVNA wound management certificate, but there are two attendance days, so not sure if this would rule it out for you?

What are you interested in? You could look to less 'nursey' type things, like management and leadership, teaching, physio type qualifications? If you like cats, the feline diploma may be interesting too.....

I think you need to narrow it down to what you're interested in, then focus on finding courses that relate.

PS your cpd budget sounds amazing!

RE: Which course to do next

If you are interested in critical care and emergency nursing then Vets Now run a good course - the Certificate in Emergency and Critical care - it leads to a recognised qualification (CertVNecc). I'm just coming up to the end of the course now, and have really enjoyed it and learnt so much! The webinar's and resources they provide are fantastic. Highly recommended.
I am doing the Dipavn and really enjoying it. You only need to go to uni a few times a year, depending on the study days you attend. Obviously you need to go there to take exams. Might be worth having a talk to the uni's that do it to se if it suits you.
