&lt;p&gt;best thing I can suggest it so approach some of your local practices and see if you can come in to observe for a few days as every practice is different so would be good to go to a few to see what they are like. I absolutely love my job and couldn&amp;#39;t imagine ever doing anything else. It can get very stressful and emotionally draining at times but like I said I&amp;#39;ve got the best job in the world!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
