We recently got asked for more info my tesco 6 weeks after claim sent in and only after me chasing to see why it hadn&#39;t been paid. All info on the original form anyway!! I also had a query recently from that notorious company we all know and love as they didn&#39;t know what a urethrostomy was - maybe look it up before ringing the practice querying what it was and why it cost that amount of money!!</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
