have you asked down at the local cop shop? - they will usually oblige. We did a load of ours at our last inspection

I would ask another local practice if they would do it. Remember we all have to follow these guides so maybe offer to do theirs in return.

I agree asking another V4P may be seen as affiliated. Otherwise contact the VMD and request someone.
